Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,Computer Science.
•2+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
•Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
•Generates reports for upper management
•Maintains database of customers for follow up.
•Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of services.
•Helps develop new services and promotions based on customer preferences
