A reputable factory located in 6th October is hiring QUALITY SENIOR
Job Description:
– Direct and supervise the development, implementation and administration of QA activities in all phases of production at factory level.
– Ensure compliance of the audit programs for internal and external audits i.e. FSSC 22000, 9001, 14001 and 18001.
– Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, and sampling and sanitation activities.
– Quality Supplier Management by providing service (as requested) for Vendor audits, advice and follow up of actions plans.
– Drive Monthly reviews of KPI’s and contribute towards meeting the yearly business Goals for the Facility.
– Manage budgeting, purchasing and inventory of plant operating supplies such as filters, chemicals and lab supplies.
– Ensure plant compliance to good hygiene practices, good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) and HACCP.
– Promote quality awareness and ownership across value chain.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Language Skills: Very good command of both written and spoken English.
• Computer Skills: Excellent performance of tasks using Microsoft Office .
• Communication skills: very good.
