Bel is hiring Accountant with the below requirements.
Position: Accountant
Level: Entry Level
Years of Experience: 0-2
Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration Preferably: Finance & Accounting.
Job Responsibility:
• Register accounts payable invoices on SAP and make the necessary checks review MIGO, tax status in addition to prepare the payment request and take validation to deliver the invoices to the treasury in timely manner.
• Book general ledger (GL) entries and prepare the financial accruals in addition to cost center allocation and recurring entries to assure accurate CC allocation and reports.
• Prepare vendor situation analysis, stock analysis and down payment analysis in order to assure accurate working capital performance indicator and high accuracy of the financial package.
• Participate in the stocks physical count to make the necessary control and assure accuracy.
• Follow up with the concerned parties (vendors and purchasing dept.) to assure smooth operation.
