2-3 Years of Experience in Real Estate is a Must
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent command of English.
Excellent in MS office.
Main Job Duties :
1-Handle all HR fields (Recruiting, Payroll).
2-Implementing organization’s recruiting strategy. Interviewing applicants. Administering pre-employment tests. Employee records.
3-Analyzing job duties. Job descriptions. Performing job evaluations and job analyses.
4-Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
5-Responsible for the Payroll.
