HR Coordinator jobs at Seoudi Market May 2019

Urgently required for a leading retail company HR Coordinator with the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

Following daily attendance.
Carry out all employees queries and requests concerning, vacations, permissions, overtime, expenses, etc…
Prepare payroll deductions and expenses to be submitted to Finance by end of each month cycle.
Update company policies and work on day to day aspects to enforce company policies.
Prepare employees exit procedures, include legal documentation, final settlements, assets handover, etc…
Requirements:

1 – 2 years experience.
University Graduate.
HR Diploma / Certificate is preferred.
Giza resident is preferable.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Max age 30.
Personnel background is preferred.
Working hours: from 8am to 5:30 pm.
Working days: from Saturday to Thursday.
