Admin Assistant (Female)
Job Description:
-Answer phone calls, handle emails, file and type.
– Receive visitors and direct them to the correct person or department
-Handle day to day HR processes and duties.
-Attend meetings and keep minutes.
-Keep the company’s filing system in order.
-Generate weekly and monthly reports to the board of directors.
Needed for a well-known Educational center located in Shaikh Zayed city.
Full-time Working hours: from 9am to 5pm.
1 days off: (Friday).
