Job Duties
Connect with prospects using phone & email.
Respond to all inbound leads and offer our services
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products and prices.
Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
Shift: 9 am to 5 pm.
Friday & Saturday OFF.
Male and Female.
Job Requirements
Graduates only.
0:3 years of experience.
Good Command of English Language.
Computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
Customer service experience is a plus.
