Microsoft Sales Representative :
*Job Description:
• Enhance customer retention and expand the market share of products, solutions, and services, while ensuring profitable growth and customer benefits
• Participate in developing sales strategies for target Accounts .
• Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
• Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers
*Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs
• Using Microsoft Office applications, a CRM system, and social media and cloud technologies
• General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
• Very Good Presentation, Customer Service, analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
