1- Production Engineer :
– Confirms proper preparation, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment and confirm products compliance to standard. Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
– Confirms proper portioning for food products prior to cooking or assembly according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
Experience from 1-3 years’ experience in food & beverage
Bachelor of agriculture, food manufacturing
2- Data Entry (v.good in Excel & power point )
