• 5+ years’ experience in management and customer service supervising.
• Previous experience in hotels and healthy clubs is preferable.
• Good command of English
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
Job Description:
• Maintain a high level of Customer Service standards.
• Coach & Supervise Staff.
• Undertake administrative tasks.
• Deal with inquiries, complaints and emergencies.
• Manage Petty Cash & Budget.
• Enhance profitability.
• Keep statistical and financial records.
• Provide Top Managements with Regular Reports.
Location: Nasr City
Social and medical insurance are provided.
Salary: 6000 + commission
