Harvest British College is currently hiring: Sales Area Manager (Cairo & Giza ) The main role for this position is ensure and constantly increase efficiency and effectiveness of the overall organization sales with successful sales plans implementation and a smooth efficient service that meets the customers’ expectations and needs. • Supervise and monitor successful implementation of sales plans for round 5 sales teams in Cairo/ Giza areas. • Ensure the efficiency of the company’s sales strategies and successful implementation and results. • Supervising day to day sales administration and staff members
• Evaluate the sales performance of each branch and take immediate corrective actions and strategy deviations • Analyzing daily sales operations with branch managers and sales teams. • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff member • Sending up-to-date reports to the Head of Business Development and CEO to review progress. • Handling peak reached cases of clients in order to attain customer satisfaction. • Ensuring that the branches are stocked with the necessary supplies and all equipment is working properly and maintained • Sustaining and providing coaching and training to sales staff members . Qualifications: • Excellent communication both verbal and written. • Outstanding leadership abilities. • Accustomed to adapting to a fast-paced changing environment. • Excellent time management skills. • Adept at writing reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. • Familiarity with how to plan implements and monitor KPIs. • Proficiency in preparing and controlling operational plans. • Ensure proper training for employees to improve sales marketing and customer service skills. • Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals. • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
