#startup #Bosta #Technology #Fleet_Manager Bosta is looking for Fleet Manager with the below requirements Job Role: • Handle day to day operation for the couriers • Coordinate between sales operation and customer success teams in order to fill client needs • Couriers wallet and dispositioning • Responsible for couriers’ salaries and payroll • Warehouse coordination • Monitor courier’s growth • Handle couriers’ requirements with the delivery experience team • Couriers termination and performance appraisal • Routes assigning • Determine out of the zone and restricted areas • Manage upcoming crisis • Supervise dispatching
• Analyzing the supply needs in all our operational cities and making sure the fleet meets our success rate expectations.
