Source potential candidates through online channels. 3. Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System. 4. Design procedures for each hiring stage including assessments and interview questions.
5. Determine selection criteria. 6. Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in-person interviews. 7.
