looking for responsible Adminstrative Assistant to perform a variety of Adminstrative and clerical Tasks , duties of the Adminstrative Assistant include providing
support to our managers and employees , assisting in daily office needs and managing our company general Adminstarive activeites

Responsibilites

Answer and direct phone calls ,
organize and schedule appointments plan meetings and take detailed minutes
write and distrubute Emails ,
correspondence memos ,
Letters,
faxses and forms assist in the preperation of reguraly schedualed reports ,
Develope and maintain a filing system ,
Updates and maintain office policies and proceduers , order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers ,
maintain contact lists
,Book travel arrangements ,
submit and recouncile expense reports ,
provide general support to visitors act as point of contact for internal and external clients liaise with excutive and senior adminstartive assistans to handle requests and queries from senior managers
