We’re hiring a marine surveyor (male): Job description 1. Acts as a professional specialist for the organization in the application of related rules regulations requirements concepts principles and processes. 2. Inspects cargoes of seagoing vessels to certify compliance with national and international health and safety regulations in cargo handling and stowage. 3. Prepares technically accurate and timely reports of surveys performed.
4. Engage in contacts with the clients to resolve problem. 5. Recommends remedial procedures to correct deficiencies. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required (KSAR) 1. Ability to perform surveys in the prescribed format. 2. Knowledge of computer programs or software packages related to job responsibilities. 3. Knowledge of related technical interfaces required for group project work. 4. Knowledge of ships’ engineering systems and machinery. 5. Ability to communicate orally and in writing pertinent information relative to assigned area of technical expertise. 6. Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions. 7. Responsiveness to customers. 8. Ability to work well with others. 9. preferably an engineer graduate. Job location: Kafr abdo Alexandria.
