Warehouse Supervisor : Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials entering or leaving warehouse; help storekeepers with this task when required. • Overseeing stock control and processing orders • Supervise computer operations & operating mechanical and IT systems • Liaising with customers and other departments • Maintaining statistical and financial records • Planning & Managing WH budgets • Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met • Administering stock control • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. • Motivating organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure

set productivity targets are met; • Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress; • Communicating with other departments staff groups and customers; • Take periodic inventories and participate in monthly inventory program. • Check with staff for changes that could affect delivery schedule; make schedule adjustments needed • Oversee Supervise and participate in storeroom operations. • Approve requisitions analyzes work orders etc.• Operate The movement of vehicles Skills : • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or any related field • Experience from 3 to 5 years in same field. • Strong Leadership skills. • Excellent managerial skills. • Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel word power point etc…) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of general accounting procedures • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information • Good organizational and analytical skills #Years of Experience: Min: 5 Max: 7 # Age Min: 27 Max: 35 #Company Industry: Retail/Wholesale #Gender: Male Please send your CV on : HR@Quattro-trading.com
