About the job:
– Create and update Job Descriptions.
– Create competency models.
– Implement the performance management system.
– Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
– Resolve conflict within groups.
– Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
– Other duties as may assigned.
Job Requirements;
– Bsc. in any discipline preferred Pharmacy.
– Must have from 2 to 4 years of experience in OD.
– Giza or 6th of October city residence.
