Job description Job SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the payroll and personnel in Egypt and HRIS Activities in Egypt and partially in Sudan.
In charge of HR Operations tasks and duties.MAIN DUTIES:
Set, Update and automate workflow for all HR-Operations processes.
Prepare and Update HR-Operations policies and procedures.
Manage Employees’ Services team verifying and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities.
Manage staff credit and loan files executed by Employees’ Services team.
Prepare staff cost yearly budget.
Manage operations team in preparing the payroll and cost allocation for Egypt Region staff and related issues, taxes and social insurance.
Managing all HR-related systems’ projects, implementations and Maintenance
Provide technical support to FAB Egypt in terms of HRIS functions example: Performance Appraisal and Objectives.
Supervise Personnel and Payroll Manager preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual staff payments Bonus, Profit Share and Extra Allowances.
Provide MIS, HR-Related analysis and periodic reports.
Ensuring the follow up of the Employees’ Services team on timely documents and renewals such as employment contracts, confirmation of service, retirements, work permits, and take the necessary actions for further steps.
Supervise Outboarding and end of service indemnity (EOSI) prepared by the Employees’ Services team.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor Degree, Information System, HR or related business.
Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience with at least 4 years in Banking Sector .
Capable to organize the workload , able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure with strong leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent MS office skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
