We are looking for a competent IT Help Desk Technician to provide useful technical assistance on computer systems and networks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Install modify and repair computer hardware and software. Sets up new computers for new employees. Set up equipment for employee use ensuring proper installation of cables operating systems or appropriate software. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) Wide Area Networks
(WAN) and other systems. Support of all servers storage and backup technology. ob Requirements BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. 1 – 3 years of experience. Good Command of English language. Good Knowledge of help desk software databases domain and remote control. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
