QC Specialist for multinational company in Beni Suef Factory
0-2years experience in the food industry
From Beni Suef (or has a place to stay there)
Good English language
Minimum Excel, Word skills
Bachelor of Sciences/Pharmacy/Medicine
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create the sampling plan, supervises its daily implementation ensuring its compliance with the plan. ( this includes but is not limited to raw – semi finished & finished products )
2. Organizes all micro analytical and administrative work in a timely manner and records the results in corresponding docs. and in SAP.
3. Create environmental sampling plan , according to the priority zones and ensures it’s implementation.
4. Performs trend analyses and reports on monthly basis on the environmental Monitoring and finished product results
5. Monitor, check and conduct elements of internal control plan.
6. Responsible for lab safety and for Reporting any unsafe conditions/behaviours or HSE
incidents.
7. Responsible for 5S and GLP in the micro lab.
8. Accountable for the training and the activities done by lab technicians.
9. Establishes close rapport with Production Managers with regard to feedback on the sanitation
of the plants and other issues pertaining to hygiene.
10. Provides professional QA support in HACCP study regarding the micro hazard.
11. Perform “comparison of results test” when required.
12. Responsible on the inventory of media, lab tools ..etc.
13. Prepares the micro results for the building of COA of lots
