مطلوب فورا لشركه IT solutions provider بالمعادى عدد 2 . Technical support field Eng. للأنضام لفريق العمل على ان يتمتع بالمهارات و الخبرات التاليه:
o Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications including servers OS;
o Administrating Microsoft Windows Server 2008 & 2012.
o Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
o Installing and terminating network patch panels and modules
o Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
o Troubleshooting and configuring internet connections including Wi-Fi networks
o Well known of network storage SAN & NAS and backup software
o Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
o Replacing parts as required;
o Handling all cases with outsourced service centers
o providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
o Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
o Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
o Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
o Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other personnel
o testing and evaluating new technology;
o Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
o CCTV , Access control and time attendance knowledge is preferred
Required skills:
• An ability to assess each customer* IT knowledge levels
• Logical thinker
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Up-to-date technical knowledge
• An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers are using
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Good accurate records keeping
