We are seeking a dynamic candidate to fulfil the position of HR & Administration Executive with Gallery One, based in our head office in the Dubai Design District. The candidate will be degree/diploma educated and have at least 2-5 years of human resource experience with a proven track record within the industry.
Working directly with the head office team, this position will be a key role with career progression opportunities within the company.
Role Responsibilities The candidate will manage the employee time & attendance records, complete & submit payroll reports and complete administration of the employee holiday records. Complete the processes for new joiner employees and exit process for leavers, ensuring all employee visa renewal processes are completed on time. Maintains and update employee HR files.
Complete office administration duties. Coordinates with the medical insurance company to ensure all employee policies are renewed on time.
