#Service_and_Promotions_Management / #Event_Management required for a multinational company.
Minimum 4 years of experience
Job description:
• Carry out service creation and management of customized products promotions as per Customer Product team requirement
• properly use the #Change_Management procedure to coordinate all software and hardware updates, and fault correction mechanisms such as parameter changes, configuration changes and procedure changes
• Monitor the performance of the newly defined services and report as required.
• Log all faults, planned work and emergency work with the trouble ticketing system.
• Close logged faults once resolved, reflecting the proper outage times.

#Front_Office_Transmission_engineer (TX dispatcher)
(Front Office Team Member) during appointed shifts will be responsible for following activities: –
• Is responsible for contributing to tools, process, communications optimizations relating to FO Transmission engineer activities at Front Office Team Member
Required education and experience:
• Appropriate degree/diploma in Telecommunications.
• At least 2 year of experience in the Telecom Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of GSM & WCDMA.
• Good knowledge of Ericsson ALV.
• Excellent knowledge of TN , ADM and SPO
• Excellent knowledge of SOEM monitoring tool.
• Good knowledge of ZTE Net Numen U31.
• Good knowledge of configuration tool IPT-NMS.
• Fluent in English

• Develop Incident Management Process to assure all stakeholders involved are aware of their responsibilities and tasks in Incident Management process.
• Control and manage Emergency, critical and major Incidents respecting the classification matrix.
