Job description:
• Carry out service creation and management of customized products promotions as per Customer Product team requirement
• properly use the #Change_Management procedure to coordinate all software and hardware updates, and fault correction mechanisms such as parameter changes, configuration changes and procedure changes
• Monitor the performance of the newly defined services and report as required.
• Log all faults, planned work and emergency work with the trouble ticketing system.
• Close logged faults once resolved, reflecting the proper outage times.

• Excellent knowledge of SOEM monitoring tool.
• Good knowledge of ZTE Net Numen U31.
• Good knowledge of configuration tool IPT-NMS.
• Fluent in English
