Telemedia Company is hiring “Customer Service Agent” with the following requirements:
– At least 6 months of experience in the same field.
– Required English level: Good .
– Ability to handle tough situations/ handle hard calls/ solve technical issues.
– Very Good persuasion and communication skills.
– Males Only.
Benefits:
– Net salary: 1750 LE + (250 LE) KPI’s.
– Social & medical insurance.
– Working days: 5 days (2 days off).
– Working hours: 8 hours including break.
– Rotational Shifts (From 9 am to 1 am).
