Handling Email response ,
Cancellation requests , collection of payments ,
Follow up with customers ,
Making changes to existing reservations and Handle incoming phone calls

Job Requirements:
•Fluent in English
•Strong verbal communication skills
•. 0-1 years’ experience in Telesales or Customer Service. ( off shore Account )
• Graduates, Students Can apply
• Not older than 27 years.
-Basic Salary : 2500

. – Working Hours: (Fixed Shifts)

US Shift 3 p.m. To 12:00 a.m.
