A very well known fashion brand is in immediate need for a “Senior Cost Accountant”. Responsibilities include:
• Standard cost development and annual basis on components, labor and overhead
• Detailed analysis of manufacturing variances including labor, material and purchase price variances
• Monthly metrics on inventory turns, shipments, forecast to actual results, cycle counts
• Account reconciliations
• Project costing, spending analysis, and project invoicing
• Provide support during financial audits
Requirements:• BA/BS degree in Accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• 3-5 years experience within a Staff Accountant or Cost Accountant role
