For a leading fast growing fashion retail company based in Cairo, Heliopolis :

– Receptionist (Fresh Graduate)

• Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
• Assist in General Office administration.
• Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
• Assist in any Department in their duties, projects and activities as and when required.
• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

– Treasury Accountant (3-5 years of experience in a relevant position)

• Prepare journal entries.
• Log transactions on system or excel
• Assist in yearend closings.
• Administer accounts payable.
• Review and process expense reports.
• Assist in preparation and coordination of the audit process.
• Responsible for treasury, and logging related transactions on system.
• Assist in aspects of cash flow
• Assist in setting estimated annual budget according to annual suggested plan.
• Prepare reports of bank accounts and deposits and checks under collection.
• Responsible for the permanent availability of checkbooks that are provided by the bank.
• Follow up letters of guarantee (LOG).
• Record and save all operations related to the previous tasks on System or Excel.

– Fashion Designer

• Fashion designers conceptualize, design and manufacture apparel for Men/Women/Kids
• They develop ideas into final products by making sketches of their ideas, selecting fabric, colors and patterns that work together in both a creative and functional way.
• After researching current fashion trends and forecasting future trends, designers
• A prototype of the garments is created and then adjusted until it ultimately resembles the designer’s original concept and design.
• Final samples are then manufactured and presented to retail.
• Must be advanced User in Tools such as Photoshop , illustrator & sketching .
