Hello girls Need an Assistant Account Manager – Female at Marketing company urgently permanent contract off days Friday and Saturday +Medical insurance + social insurance +mobile allowance salary between 2500 EGP till 3000 based on experience bachelor degree marketing feed back job duties as shown
 Handle Mega accounts.
 Being the link between the client with all categories & internally with all departments to align them about the new activation’s.
 Handle corporate events from A-Z.
 Attend business meetings, in-door & out-door.
 Job is required travelling for arranging some on-ground campaigns , meetings or events
 Respond daily communications through mails or phones, to assure that work process is aligned with all departments & client as well.
 Prepare needed quotations & quote by return the client.
 Follow up approval cycle, then communicate with operations team and all other related.
 Interfere at all related issues for the whole work process, ushers, HR, operations and deliver comments to the client regularly.
 Follow up invoicing & collection through communicating the clients.
 Checking uniform , grooming status & all other related issues for the ushers.
 Commit wit deadlines for submitting the business proposals.
 Gain new clients & present the company in a well organized, professional way.
 Deliver to internal management whom is potential client/leads.
 Access the mail box or use the phone, during the weekends or official vacations to handle emergency matters and align all concerned parties.
