Job Description
We are seeking to employ a creative and detailed-oriented Admin & Personal Assistant to join our team in Baghdad. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

1.Coordinating the design and preparation of advertising material and promotion of company’s products with the Central Marketing team.

2.Handling all the correspondence of the General Manager (phone calls, letters, mails, fax…) and take necessary messages, notes and actions when needed.

3. Keeping the agenda of the General Manager for appointments, trips and miscellaneous issues.

4. Coordinating all the events (seminars, meetings, trainings…) related to the General Management.

5.Managing the General Manager’s office and ensuring a high level of service to clients.

6.Following up on issues forwarded for actions with departments.
Supporting the organization of the company events.

7.Providing support for Day to Day operations of HR function & Duties in coordination with the GM & HR specialist .

Skills
The fit candidate should have the following :

• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or any related field is required.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role .
• MS Office literacy
• Arabic, English proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Initiative, Accuracy, Creativity and Punctuality .
• Time Management, Multitasking and Problem solving.
• Organizational & Communication skills .
• Work well under pressure.
• Team Work.
• Quick learner

Note: Female Candidates who live nearest of Karrada district are highly preferred .
