We’re Hiring a Technical Office Engineer
Employee Type: Full-Time
Location: Heliopolis
Responsibilities:
– Creating conceptual designs to match both firm & client needs.
– Creating mood boards.
– Material editing to achieve maximum rendering quality.
– 3D Modelling & rendering for the assigned spaces.
– Rendering Post production.
– Full Workshop drawings production for the assigned projects with all required execution details.
– Quantity survey.
– BOQ production.
Required job profile:
– Minimum 4 years’ experience in same field
– Have experience working in all design sectors, confident client-facing skills, and ability to present and lead projects, capable of creating design schemes / concepts using imagery, fabrics and architectural finishes.
– Architecture or Applied Arts Degree
– Proficient in AutoCAD – Photoshop
– Excellent knowledge of computer skills (Excel, word, Power Point and Outlook)
– Team Building and time management skills
– 3D Max is a plus.
– Car is a must.
