Job Requirements:
• Good exposure and understanding about Databases, Operating Systems. A logical and systematic approach to problem resolution across a broad spectrum of technologies.
• Installation and configuration of database, application, middleware and any other 3rd party software.
• Good knowledge of database architecture, cloning, export import, Dataguard. Golden Gate knowledge will be an add on.
• Database support including activities for tuning, Repair, Backups, recovery, Performance monitoring and controlling access permissions and privileges.
• Automation of Database activities and Processes.
• Validation of Installation Documentation issued by dev groups for various applications and their subsequent Release to Data Centre Operations.
• Provide required support to Dev Groups for trouble shooting.
• Provide an interface between Dev Groups and Data Centre Operations.
