Assistant Quality Assurance Manager (Mivida Project)
1. Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and its practical applications.
2. Sound knowledge of OSHA Standards and its necessary components in order to maintain a safe construction environment in all the company’s developments.
3. Provide continual improvement and functional advising to the QA/QC and HSE established procedures.
4. Audit running projects at the areas of QA/QC and HSE and provide results for different parties with recommendations for fixing areas of weaknesses.
5. Complete project Taking Over and be satisfied that the building is technically complete and finished, according to the contract requirements, quality and safety.

Qualifications
6. BSc Degree Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Quantity Surveying or similar.
7. Minimum 7-12 post graduate experience preferably in Construction Company, development, consulting firm as Resident Engineer or Site Agent.
8. Minimum 2 years regional / local market experience in Construction Company, development firm, consulting firm as QA/QC Manager.
9. Excellent contract knowledge and awareness of Quality Control/Assurance procedures as per ISO 9001:2000 and Industry Safety standards as per OSHA standards.
