Location: Downtown
Job Purpose:
-Create a complete vision for the property using architectural drawings and photography.
Job Duties:
-Create an architectural freehand plan for all the property (building and terrain) with accurate measurements drawn in scale and with the North orientation indicated.
-Locate the property location on the map.
-Create a photo folder with multi exposure photos that cover all the property elements and views.
-Complete the application sheet with all the property and contact data.
-Draw the property floor plan and calculate the floor area.
-Edit the photos and export all the data to the storage responsible person.
Requirements:
•Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
•Background in Adobe Photoshop.
•Ability to read and draw architectural floor plans.
•Background in Adobe InDesign is a plus.
•Familiarity with digital photography is a plus.
•Familiarity with transportation across Greater Cairo.
•Has access to a car and valid driving license is a plus.
•Max age 25- 26
