Call Center Representative:
For Major Company in Automotive field
Located in Nasr City
Job Responsibility:
• Receive all external calls.
• Divert calls to specialists.
• Follow up with customers, and make sure they got full info.
• Make a survey for cars market by phone and internet research.
• Enter daily customer data and inquiries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report for calls.
• Working 12 Hours, 1 day off.
Job Requirements:
• Resident in Nasr City, or near.
• Males only.
• High qualification (Fresh graduate).
• Age between 21 and 28 years.
• English language: strong enough to be used in work.
• Proficiency in working with computer software such as (word and Excel).
