coordinate, and organize the work within the Local and External Billing department in order to guarantee accurate and correct billing within the agreed time limits and process customer payment and tax receipts received from credit controllers and Bank Deposit. B) Principal accountabilities: Process Daily Outbound shipments. Update Customer accounts with the Payment and Tax reports received from Credit Controllers after forward the Cash to Cash Receivable. Reconcile the Customer Payments, Adjustments, and Taxes in the Sales Ledger. Maintain Customer Contract. Control Cash Shipments. Process Debit & Credit Note. Process special billing requirements. Process the monthly Inbound Billing. Process Month End. Process External Billing Inquiries and reversals. Support and assist the Credit Controllers in Billing queries and invoices submission to customers. Prepare month end reports. Any other job-related duties. Job Dimensions: Credit Note Turn over : For Key Accounts. For Field Sales. For Telesales Customers. Monthly billing to be finalized on 1st day after closing. Credit notes percentage/invoices. Monthly Local & External Billing
Qualifications IT Excellent keyboard Skills. College Degree in Accounting, preferably in English. Experience: At least two year experience in same position
