HPLC Service Engineer – Lab
Job Description:
1. Responsible on all installation, maintenance & calibration for equipment: HPLC, MS & lab water system.
2. Creatively in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions.
3. Listen & solve customers’ problems & complaints effectively in proper & shortest possible time
4. Continuous improvement for personal skills & knowledge through provided local & abroad trainings.
5. Meet goals due dates.
6. Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly.
7. Reporting.
Job Qualification:
• Chemical Engineer with at least Good Grade ( Cairo University or equivalent University )
• Preferred 2 years’ experience as user / service engineer for above mentioned products ( Fresh graduate is ok )
• Very good English & communication skills.
• Located in Cairo
