Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
Qualifications Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality design work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. Exceptional creativity and innovation Excellent time management and organisational skills Accuracy and attention to detail An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe CS4 suite (PC), especially Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and After Effects) Knowledge of HTML/CSS/PHP and other related web design languages
