• 3 junior residential building and commercial electrical Engineers, Power, earthing and lighting. (CODE JE200).
• 3 junior mechanical engineers. (CODE JM300).
• 3 junior Low current engineers. (CODE JLC400).
• 3 draftsmen CAD & REVIT, 2D & 3D, Electromechanical. (CODE D500).
• 3 Document Controllers. (CODE DC600).
General Conditions:
• All candidates shall be residents at Cairo OR Alexandria ONLY.
• Graduated from recognized Egyptian university.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (Life Test will take place).
• Perfect and clean presentable show.
• Job Coded SM100, Experience between 7 – 10 years.
• Job coded JE200, JM300, JLC400, Experience between 1 – 3 years.
• Over all Experience for the engineers should be concentrated as follows:
o Quantity Surveying.
o Site measurements.
o Compliance of construction contract standards and regulations.
o Manage and value variations.
o Sub-contract negotiation and letting.
o Preparing detailed progress reports.
o Doing value management if required.
• Over all Experience for Draftsmen should be concentrated as follows:
o Handle all required drawings and sketches.
o 2D & 3D drawings (Life Test will take place).
o Easy to handle and survey quantity surveying by CAD / REVIT.
o Experience with all other graphic S/W like but not limited to Adobe family.
• Over all Experience for Document Controller should be concentrated as follows:
o Higher graduation certificate.
o Perfect in computer deal, internet browsing.
o Familiar with MS office family.
o Familiar with MS Project.
