(Call Center Consultants)
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled.
* Create, manage and update database profiles.
* Promote and sell the company’s products, different offers and discounts.
* Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.
Job Requirements:
* Work Experience: minimum 3 years in International accounts (Especially in Australian Accounts).
* Fluency of spoken & written English is a must.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Graduates only can apply (Bachelor dgree)
