Job Title: Labview Developer with Automatic Control and Electronic Engineering background
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing integrated systems for industrial automation. He or She will be working in a state of the art environment for creating and inspiring a complete innovative solution for the automation industry. He or she will be responsible for visiting customer in sites for the purpose of developing complete integrated systems using the LABVIEW Platform.
He or she will be responsible for delivering various automated solution in various industrial fields including Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas and Steel Factories etc.
He or she should Integrate real-time hardware and software solutions, test for deployment in the Ford environment, and conduct solution pilots.
– Coordinate the installation of real-time hardware/software to support business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
•2 years of Labview experience (Object Oriented & Non-Object Oriented
•Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and Automatic Control is required.
•Significant IT experience (2 years) in developing and implementing applications. Individuals with little IT experience will not be considered.
•Previous experience programming in object oriented Labview and regular Labview is required.
•Knowledge of electronics and previous experience in electrical instrumentation (3 – 5 years) including signal conditioning (i.e. transducers, accelerometers, etc.) is required.
•Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills are required.
•Expertise in deploying realtime data acquisition control solutions on a broad range of industry standard platforms/operating systems, including: MS Windows (Win95, Win98, WinNT/2000, Win7, Win8). Knowledge with IOS and Android for Labview applications will a Plus.
•Highly skilled and experienced in realtime programming and the integration with various test and measurement systems to achieve high speed data acquisition and control of automated test systems.
•Knowledge of industry standard and commonly used, proprietary data acquisition technologies, including VXI, PXI, HPIB/GPIB (IEEE 488.2).
•Knowledge in automotive technologies, the laboratory/testing environment, and test and measurement technologies.
•Expertise integrating realtime systems with third party actuators, PLCs, etc. requiring the use of integrated PID loops.
•Strong Leadership skills with ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional team environment with IT professionals,
•Excellent project management skills, with experience leading critical IT projects throughout the project life cycle, and the demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple project.
•Excellent in technical report writing
