Description:
Prepare classroom activities that match the type and model of curriculum. Deliver placement tests if and where required Manage classrooms to produce a conducive environment for active learning. Monitor employees performance, attendance and activities Prepare reports on progression Develop the language aptitude for the employees as they navigate through the various levels. Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge — Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job. Need to conceptualize the road map for English development through the upcoming levels
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any of the specialized faculties: Arts or Al Alsun.
-At least three years experience in teaching English for Adults in a reputable training organization.
-English native speakers
Experience: 3 – 5 Years.
Other Skills:
-Effective verbal, listening communications skills, speaking, talking to others to convey information effectively. -Social Perceptiveness.
– Being aware of others reactions and understanding why they react as they do. -effective public relations and public speaking skills.
-the ability to work under pressure.
