Description Screening telephone calls, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.organizing and making appointments.dealing with incoming email, faxes .producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Support HR (Recruitment) Team with in arranging and coordinating for interviews by conducting phone calls for candidates to invite them to come or interview.
Qualifications • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role • Bachelors Degree At Least • Articulate with Strong customer service focus. • good computer skills • Effective interpersonal skills • Good in written and spoken English. • Ability to learn quickly and adjust to new systems and documents • work under pressure required
