Recognize document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. 11. Recommend process improvements. Other duties as assigned Qualifications – University Degree – Good English speaking and writing – Very good communication and interpersonal skills. – Very good problem solving and customer handling skills. – Good Computer skills. – Ability to work on Night Shifts basis Gender Any Car owner Any Experience 0 – New Graduate Years.
