• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.Thus, an MSc/MBA is considered as privilege.
• Minimum of 10years’ experience as HR manager positions at companies with no less than 1000 employees in the Oil & Gas or Construction Field
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in dealing with software based cooperate business management systems such as SAP and other ERP systems is preferred
• Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures
