# Job Description:
– Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone)
– Be a passionate advocate for customers while answering any questions that come your way
– Show empathy to frustrated customers while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
– Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to have us always in mind
# Requirements:
– Excellent Command on English Language is a MUST
– Graduate
– Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills in English and Arabic language.
– High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
– Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
# Description:
– Location: Maadi
– Rotational shifts where you will work 5 days/week having 2 rotational days off.
– 9 working hours including 1 hour for a break.
