Description :
a) Collect all basic data for the daily report from several sources.
b) Follow up the levels of materials inventories.
c) Monitors and recording of company stock issues and transfers.
d) Prepares daily production, stock and sold quantities report.
e) Draft monthly and yearly reports as well as statistics.
f) Assist in the good receipt and audit of invoices related to production materials.
g) Organize corporate documents and records
h) Takes and transcribes dictation, composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
i) Maintain database and spread sheet files.
j) Perform all clerical work including but not limited to technical filing, mailing.
