Responsibilities:
1. Fix application and system problems across the organization, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
2. Configure business applications that is require both technical capability and business understanding.
3. Implement and test the organization’s information security plan in order to protect information and prevent unauthorized access.
4. Monitor system health and functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors to drive improvements in order to enhance service availability and performance.
5. Assist in service continuity management and systems upgrades.
6. Test and deploy new service/change from development environment to production environment.
7. Assist in creating and modifying Business Applications reports.
8. Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies and enhancements.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce or related education, Knowledge of SQL and programming concept is a plus
Experience:
1-2 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
