MS SQL server, mySQL OR Oracle BD

Position Requirements:
Any Programming language (C#, VB, J) is accepted
Any tools of (Clint Side + Server Side + Database side) is accepted
BUT Developer must focus on the interaction between server-side frameworks, the web server, and a database system to get out with a fully functional &secured web application.
