Uber Driver Support Representative – Alexandria
We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organized Driver Support Representative to support the city’s driver operations team as we continue to grow our presence. This is a full time opportunity working with a stellar operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will act as the voice of Uber, spending your days on the front lines consulting to our driver partners addressing any questions or concerns and finding creative resolutions to problems
Respond to driver support issues both in-person and over email promptly
Work closely with the driver operations and logistics teams to streamline process
Assist Driver Operations team with on-boarding drivers onto the Uber system
Strengthen and maintain the relationship with our driver partners by providing quality service
YOU ARE…
A strong communicator and have the ability to interact professionally with internal and external partners
A go getter and eager to take on any challenge
A strategic problem solver – you constantly have ideas for how to streamline the process, make a situation or service more efficient and successful and you think quickly on your toes to resolve issues as they arise
Naturally organized and computer literate with an excellent grasp on the English and Arabic language
Flexible: You must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
